Forest Row, sponsored by flora pro activ, entertained Roffey 3’s – in their latest league match. Winning the toss, Row invited Roffey to bat. Opening with N.Divall and debutante James Holland, Holland quickly made the right impression – yorking Searle (2) with his 5th ball. Riddle couldn’t find the answer to Divall - trapping him LBW. Two wickets in two balls from Holland, witnessed Roffey tumble to 12-4. Butler and Caplin, watchfully at first, then suddenly opted for the aerial route. Edwards’s entrance yielded two wickets in his first over, finishing with 3-23. Britt, M.Divall and the returning Holland claimed the remaining wickets as Roffey were dismissed for 116.

In reply, Wycherley and way opened, adding 47 with little difficulty – when Wycherley (23) miss-timed a drive, caught at mid off. Way (19) steered Searle to slip, but there were no more slip ups, as Barnett with Sargent (20*) hammered Row to victory in style – with a 6 to finish 45*, with 17.1 overs remaining.
